 Why Volunteer?

Well, quite simply there are many benefits of volunteering.  Volunteering is one of the most rewarding and fulfilling things you can do and thinking about how you want to benefit from volunteering is a good start to finding an opportunity that's right for you. If you don’t believe us just ask the 3.6 million people who undertake voluntary work through an organisation or group.

Gain confidence in yourself and your abilities.

Volunteering can help you gain confidence by giving you the chance to try something new and build a real sense of achievement.   Make a difference and see the benefit to the community from your involvement. Volunteering can have a real and valuable positive affect on people, communities and society in general.
